Our clients initially approached us after receiving a quote from a local builder for a full rear extension to their home. However, after viewing one of our completed projects at a neighbouring property, they reached out for an alternative proposal.

Design & Planning
The extension was carefully designed to blend functionality and aesthetics. Key features included:

- Council/approved inspector sign-off was required due to the structural changes involved.
- Two tall picture windows along the side elevation to maximise natural light, each fitted with integral blinds — ideal for obscuring the neighbouring wall without compromising on style.
- A 3-pane aluminium bifold door system, enabling wide, seamless access to the garden.
- A solid Ultraframe Ultraroof, fitted with two flat glazed rooflights that let daylight pour in from above.
Stylish Finishing Touches
- Externally finished in contemporary grey, giving a modern, clean appearance.
- Internally finished in classic white, offering maximum flexibility for interior decor.
- Integrated blinds in the sealed units give users light control and privacy without bulky curtains or extra maintenance.
